Cancelling or Changing Your Order
You have a 30-minute window after receiving your order confirmation email to cancel or make changes to your order. Simply use the link in your confirmation email to access the Thank You page or Order Status page, where you can make adjustments within that timeframe.
After 30 minutes, your order begins processing and can no longer be modified.
If you’d like to return or exchange an item once it arrives, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your details before your order is shipped. However, once your order is already being processed for dispatch, changes may no longer be possible, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
