Return window & condition of items

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. This ensures we can process your return smoothly and continue offering high-quality products to all customers.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 2–5 business days for us to inspect the items and process your refund. During busy periods or when our logistics partners are handling high volumes, it may take a little longer. 

Once your return is processed, we’ll initiate your refund as quickly as possible. 
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🇪🇺 EU & 🌎 International orders -
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You’re free to choose the carrier that works best for you.

Please note:

• Delivery fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they arrive with us.
