Need a different size or style? No problem. Just email us at [email protected], and we’ll help you arrange the exchange.

🇬🇧 UK orders

We offer free exchanges and will send you a prepaid return label (£5), so you won’t need to pay to send the item back. The only exception is items from the Archive Sale.

🇪🇺 EU orders

For EU orders, customers cover the return postage. You can send your unused item back to our return centre in France.

Once the item arrives and we’ve checked it, we’ll create a new order for your replacement and cover the shipping for sending it back to you.

🌎 International orders

For international orders, we’re not able to offer direct exchanges right now. The best option is to return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you’d like.

Return shipping is covered by the customer, and parcels should be sent to our UK return centre using the carrier you prefer.


Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to check it and process the return. During busy periods, it may take a little longer, but we always try to move things along as quickly as we can.

A couple of quick notes:

• Items need to be unused and in their original condition

• Delivery fees paid at checkout aren’t refundable
